How do wash/care for my product?
Each item we sell comes with care instructions on the tag. Typically, our products are best cared for with a cold wash cycle and hang dry. They are tough enough for hot wash and dry cycles, but who would want to put these incredible garments through that? If you need further info please contact us by clicking HERE.
What is Feel Good Guarantee?
We only want people who rant and rave about our products owning them (it happens a LOT!). If you don’t Feel Good about wearing our products, you can return them within 90 days and we will either refund or exchange them.
Do Feel Good Shorts Shrink?
Our shorts and pants do shrink a bit. Cold washing and hang drying will keep this to a minimum. Please consider this when ordering and when in doubt, go up a size!
Can I swim in Feel Good Shorts?
Oh HECK YEAH you can! We designed Feel Good Shorts to do just about anything. They do take longer to dry than board shorts but on a really hot day, you’ll be glad to have them on.
Do you sell gift cards?
At this time we do not sell gift cards, however, we hope to soon. Please check back soon!

Can I choose how my donation is used?
Most of the time we will simply use the donations in the way we feel fits best with our goals. At times we will have products that help specific endeavors. If you want us to make a specific video, dedicate it to you and are willing to make a substantial donation, please message us HERE.
Who Makes Your Products?
All of our products are PROUDLY handmade by our team of weavers and makers in Guatemala. We support them and their families through fair pay work and without them our positive impact in the world would not be possible.
Are you a 501(c)3?
Feel Good Shorts is a registered LLC. However, our philanthropic work is a registered 501(c)3 non profit (EIN 47-3312927) under the name Kwest Collective.
Exchanges/Returns
How do I start a return/exchange?
Message us by clicking HERE or through the “Message Us” button below to begin your return or exchange.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Definitely! You can return your purchase within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Click “Message Us” below to contact us and start the process.
How long will my exchange take?
Once we receive your return, we will resend your item within 7 business days. It can take 3-10 business days to arrive via mail.
How long until I receive my refund?
We will refund your payment within 7 days of recieving your return. It can take up 2-7 days for your refund to process and 2-7 days for your bank to process the refund.
How do I return something I bought at an event?
You can message us by clicking HERE and tell us where you bought it. You can either ship it to us or even better, let’s share more laughs and we can find an event to meet at near you.
Sizing
How can I tell what my size is?
Every product description explains sizing in detail. Click on the product you want to buy and scroll down to the sizing chart. Our sizing is based on typical U.S. sizes, however we also explain all measurements (in inches).

What should I order if I'm between sizes?
The best part about Feel Good Shorts is that you can always get more comfortable. With an elastic waistband and a drawstring you can go up a size and they will still keep up with all your adventures.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
We are not Amazon so please be patient with us! Like our products, our shipping is handmade! We will get your order out within 1-5 days and you should receive it within 3-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
In the past we shipped internationally, however, after numerous issues with international customs and unhappy customers (outside of our control) we have decided to not ship internationally. We may change this in the future so check back periodically!
